BABYGHOST

BABYGHOST is an emerging fashion label that was founded in downtown Manhattan in 2010 by Qiaoran Huang and Joshua Robert Hupper. The duo met while working together for Nathan Jenden & Diane VonFurstenberg in 2009. Since Its inception BABYGHOST has maintained creative studios in both New York City USA and Shanghai China. Qiaoran Huang graduated with a BA in Fashion Design from Donghua University, and later traveled to New York to study fashion at the prestigious PARSONS NEW SCHOOL. Joshua Robert Hupper began his career as an intern with the DVF studio in 2002, from 2003-2006 designed for the United States government sponsored liquid crystal research and development think tank ALPHAMICRON, before moving to Tokyo to design menswear for Mamiko Hasegawa & Adelaide/Addition in 2007, after that moving back to New York for an assistant design position with Thakoon Panichgul which he held from 2008-2009, and finally as the first assistant of Nathan Jenden from 2009-2010.
