What are the Official Event Package options for NYFW: The Experience?

How can I purchase Official Event Packages?
- Official Event Packages can be purchased online or by contacting an event representative at 866.242.3615.
What are the payment terms?
- Convenient payment terms are available with Official NYFW: The Experience Event Packages.
- 100% due at signing.
- Once you choose your Official Event Package, submit a request form or call 866.242.3615 to speak with a NYFW: The Experience representative. A contract will be sent to you with payment options and terms.
- Easy payment terms (i.e. split payments in increments) are not available for online purchases. All online transactions are 100% due at signing. For easy payment terms, contact an event representative by completing the form or calling 866.242.3615.
Are taxes included?
- Yes, all pricing includes applicable taxes.
Do my shipping address and billing address have to be the same?
- For online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.
Is shipping available to P.O. Boxes?
- If your billing address is a P.O. Box, your package will need to be picked up on site. Pickup details will be sent via email closer to the event date.
What method of payment can I use to purchase packages?
- For online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Additional charges may apply.
- For offline purchases: Check, wire transfer or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) are accepted. Additional charges may apply.
Is there a limit to the number of online Official Event Packages I can purchase?
- Yes, for online purchases, the maximum is 10 Official Event Packages per transaction.
When will I receive my Official Event Package?
- Official Event Packages are sent 3 weeks prior to the event via ground delivery with other package components. Please note, signature will be required for pick up.

Can I customize my Official Event Package with other experiences for myself or my group?

What happens if my Official Event Package is stolen, destroyed or lost?
- Stolen, destroyed or lost Official Event Packages cannot be replaced.
If I am unable to attend the event after purchase or in the case of the event cancellation, will I receive a refund?
- Please check the terms & conditions in your purchase agreement for the specific event cancellation policy.
