About RXR’s Starrett-Lehigh Building

RXR’s Starrett-Lehigh Building is a 2.3 million-square-foot professional and cultural hub anchored along Manhattan’s West Side for nearly 100 years. Built in 1931 and acquired by RXR in 2011, the building is currently undergoing a major repositioning that includes up to 75,000 square feet of robust amenity upgrades including a public outdoor terrace with Hudson River views, a restaurant by Marcus Samuelsson and a food hall on the ground floor, and numerous conferencing and event spaces throughout the building. We look forward to welcoming you to RXR’s Starrett-Lehigh Building.
